Training Plan

The I2: ICIQ Impulsion fellows will define a personalized Career Development Plan (CDP), together with their supervisor and the People Development Officer at ICIQ. The CDP will be based on their strengths and weaknesses and will include details of the training needs according to the project and their professional goals.

The research programme includes a mandatory secondment (from two to six months) in a different research entity (academic and/or non-academic). The secondment will allow I2: ICIQ Impulsion fellows to experience a different research environment that will complement the research they want to develop at ICIQ, adding a strong contribution to the interdisciplinary and/or intersectorial approach of the programme.

I2: ICIQ Impulsion already counts with partner organizations that support this programme and are interested in receiving secondments and providing training. Nonetheless, fellows are encouraged to suggest additional (inter)national entities to develop their secondments. The secondment phase can be a single period or be divided into shorter mobility periods and in one institution only or in different entities.
